Training philosophy

  • I work from an evidence based starting point. Planning and programs are grounded in science and best practice. All plans are tailor made to suit the athlete’s needs and ressources, especially time
  • All athletes are different. Personal experiences and preferences of the athletes are taken into consideration. Training has to be enjoyed. A happy rider is a fast rider
  • Dialogue with the athlete is essentiel for optimal development. I will make an effort to get to know you. The better I know you, the better I can help you
